We stayed at Montclair for several months while waiting to purchase a home and found the experience to be ok. It is obvious that management has no interest in spending money for upkeep as was apparent in their recent decision to sell it off as condos. That was probably the plan from the start, milk it, let it fall apart, and dump it. There are 2 pools which were miserably maintained. I don't think the water was ever clear and each has a hot tub and both were filthy and cold the whole time. The doors and fixtures were all falling apart and those giant freaking roaches were constantly getting in. There are nicer places for about or a little more the cost.
