The maintenace staff at Paces Watch were awesome, always wanting to help and go above and beyond their duty. The office staff, one lady in particular, Jan, was the worst to deal with. She lied, and was very unprofessional. I would never rent there again because of the poor customer service I received from her. She made living there a constant nightmare. I was always afraid of having to call to ask a question or go into the office because of her. It's a shame that one person can make your entire experience a bad one.
They need to hire new staff, I would never rent there or recommend it to anyone.
