The first three years living there was great. The management was very professional and courteous. Then the apartment community was bought out and the new management arrived. The manager was unprofessional on all levels. SHE asked some personal questions to my wife that was unacceptable. I did not look forward to speaking with her when I had a problem. I constantly asked her to try to solve the noise problems with the outside parties and relationship fights in the parking lots in the early morning hours during the weekdays. In addition they have some major drainage problems at the back buildings (parking lots) that constantly flooded. SHE was not helpful with these concerns however the maintenance crew was great and they were very professional. Please beware during renewal time our average rent increased $25-30 dollars per month. In summary living there the first three years was great but after that there was problems with the management. I recommend to college students living there, but not to professional working people.
