We lived here a while ago and loved it. It was our first apartment and although the location on the ground floor was not desirable and they did not give us a referral check my husband was entitled to, the office staff (with freshly baked cookies daily!), facilities, maintenance and pool parties in summertime more than made up for it. There's never a problem with parking either. A great location to live!
