This is an excellent apartment complex. I did plenty of research on where to stay before moving to Mt Pleasant. All of my neighbors are happy to be here. The management and maintenance men are very friendly and prompt. I have lived here for 6 months and never had any issues. There isn't assigned parking, but there are many more parking spaces than residents! A very clean and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this complex.
