The community is very nice looking on the outside, but once you get inside that's another story. The shape of the apartment I moved into is was less that satisfactory. A week after I moved in stains started to surface on the carpets. The paint on the walls comes off if you rub up against the wall. The worst part about Palmetto Plantation is the management. The Property Manager is an itch with a capital B. Unless you are way over the hill, she does not treat you with respect. The location is wonderful, but that is about it. Management and Maint. staff make a community, but this management staff needs to learn some respect.
