I lived in Palmetto Plantation for one year and enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly, maintainence responds in a flash. The property is kept up nicely. The pool and the work out room were exceptionally clean. My only regret was that I could hear Highway 17 from my place. They show you the model unit when you are looking which is not close enought to Hwy 17 to hear the roar of cars. Just check out where your unit will be, you might want to wait for a quieter one. I would move back here if I needed.
