The construction of Palmetto Plantation Apartments is the worst I've seen (or heard). I could hear my neighbor above me do everything from turn on the dishwasher, watch T.V., to argue at 3:30 in the morning. Everytime a toilet flushed I thought I was at Niagra Falls. The foundation up stairs might as well be made of cardboard. Do not listen to the sales office. They will tell you how quite it is hear and peaceful. Two of them do not live hear and the one that does, well she lives in senior citizen area. Oh yeah, if you are 30 or under you will be thrown into the complex with all the college kids and rough ones. The complex by the back road. It is really easy to sell yourself on. It is by the nice and easy back enterance and the garbage is right there easily accesible. What they don't tell you is the basketball and tennis courts are there to. This is where every NBA wanna be in Mt. Pleasant comes to play basketball on a noisy rim at 10:30 at night. Complaining doesn't work hear either, unless you are 65 or older. We thought we were getting a deal, but got screwed. If you are looking for durable apartments keep on driving. If you are looking for great location and can handle going on with no sleep for days on end then Palmetto Plantation is for you!
