I have enjoyed my apartment, but Marilyn, the manager, is rude and unprofessional and should not be in the business of property management. I have my real estate license and have owned a well know business on King Street and this lady has treated me like low class trash. I am not sure who pays her to run these apartments, but they need to realize they have a horrible person representing their property. Any future employer possibly reading this review, think twice about this person. Anyone like Marilyn could only hurt your business. As another reviewer stated..."She is a BI**TCH...

Special Note: I rated staff as above average only because Lou, Ken and Valerie have been great with the exception of their manager who I have absolutely no respect for as not only a manager but a person.....EXTREMELY RUDE>>>>>>

Maintenance Service quality:
These guys are great....no problem with them, however, seem to be in fear of the BI***TCH....

I agree, Maralyn is horrible!!! she has always been very rude on a "professional" level and, personally, she is deplorable!

marilyn's been perfect, and nothing but sweet, professional and helpful with me, and i completely disagree with all negative comments toward her.

She is the reason I moved out! no one should have to put up with being treated as an ignorant child!
