I'm glad this statement caught your eye. It might be a true statement if you can overlook the following:

1.) The residents with pets have no common courtesy. If you don't mind seeing dog crap right outside your window or in the pool area, then you're ok. If the the smell of dog crap melting in the hot sun is a pleasant scent to you, then you will love it here.

2.) We have assigned parking like we're in kindergarten. If you have a two bedroom, you get one spot and basically anyone who feels like it can park there including the apartment owner, Mr. Darby. If the owner doesn't obey the rules, do you really expect the residents to.

3.) The maintenace and management staff is week. I will not name names, but too many things went wrong with my apartment to justify the $600 plus dollar rent.

The location is good. The neighbors are nosy and often inconsiderate. Overall, I would not recommend it.
