I have been here for over 6 months and love it. You can't beat the location, and the place is nicely landscaped. What really makes the difference is the people. Everyone I pass seems friendly, and the staff is great. They have gone out of their way to help out. Yes, I had some plumbing problems, but not only did they fix them quickly but actually called me back to make sure everything was ok. They are quick to respond to anything I've called for.

Sure, everywhere in Mt. Pleasant is over-priced. But I got a 2brm 2bth for less than I would pay for a 1/1 at River Oaks. (Plus the staff is so much nicer, whether or not you sign a lease!) I highly recommend living here, especially since they are renovating the apts soon- they should be really nice.
