This place is pretty awesome. They've got all kinds of little perks - a small fitness center, private parking, a gated community, outdoor volleyball courts, swimming pool, places to park your boat trailers, a carport set up for washing cars, smartly wired apartments, good floor plans. The staff is awesome. They know everyone's names, set up events around the pool for residents to meet each other at, THEY WILL GIFT WRAP YOUR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR FREE (how cool is that'), arrange for a safe Halloween for the little ones. It's a convenient location for getting to downtown Charleston, and has plenty of stuff nearby. About the only real flaw is that the entrance gate is on a very busy road, and left turns in and out can be annoying when the traffic is bad.
