THIS PLACE WAS TERRIBLE. NOT ONLY DID THEY HIDE THE FACT THAT THEY WERE TURNING THE APARTMENTS INTO CONDOS 2 DAYS AFTER WE SIGNED OUR LEASE....NEVER MENTIONING THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RENEW IT....THE PARKING GARAGE WE WERE PROMISED WAS NEVER MADE AVAILABLE. SOUTHAMPTON WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE ORIGINALLY WANTED....WE CHOSE IT SPECIFICALLY FOR THE LONGEVITY OPTIONS AND A READY AVAILABLE GARAGE. TWO DAYS AFTER SIGING THE LEASE WE REALIZED WHAT A MISTAKE SOUTHAMPTON WAS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE CONDOS. THE CHEAP FLOORING AND POOR MAINTENANCE WILL JUST BE THE BEGINING OF YOUR HELL. THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS SOME OF THE WORST I'VE COME ACROSS.
