We lived at The Legends for a year and a half while we were looking for a lot to build a home. We were not used to living in an apartment, but it was a very positive experience. The apartment was spotless when we moved in and everything looked great. We liked the fact that The Legends is gated. It made us feel safe with young children. The grounds are well maintained. There is not trash lying around some some places we visited. Whenever we had a maintenance request it was taken care of very quickly. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking for a pleasant, quiet, place to live. It is definitely NOT party central. That is why we found it so appealing.
