Wow thats a nice way to handle issues with your business. First of all if a leak is reported and repaired in an upstairs dwelling what kind of dumbass could not figure out that "hey maybe we should provide some customer service and check with the renters below to be sure our leak did not enter their unit."

Just for the record the mold was discovered on 8/24/03. So I look toward the net to search for your web page to send an email instead I come accross this site. After hearing the horror stories and discovering this web page I was a little concerned of what I would face. I would like management to meet me at my unit at 5:30pm on 8/27/003. At that time I expect no answers as to what will be done. I will expect in writting within 7 days as to what,how,and when the corrective measures will be taken care of.
I will lay my cards on the table. I have been advised that I should vacate the property due to the mold that I have described. However that is still to be tested as it was sampled today. I will provide that report when it is given to me.
