I just moved out of these apartments. My gosh these people are the rudest and are very money hungry. All the previous review about bugs, and rude management, not doing maintenence on and on is so very true. I would not recommend anyone to suffer,but move here if that?s what you want. I agree with the other review on the BBB. Someone needs to put them in there place. And it is all about the buck. I moved here from another state and most of the people that do live there are from out of town so they don?t have time to mess around in a place they are unfamiliar with and not only that the elementary school that in the legends district is awesome! There is only one other complex that is in this schools district and had I known about it I would have moved there and being from a big city the rent isn?t that bad until you find that you can rent a whole house for what they charge. I had a friend here that I met at the legends and they didn?t give a 60 day notice so they had to stay 60 more day or pay a HUGH penalty. Trust me the horror stories are true if you need to know more go sit by the pool and you?ll hear plenty!I really don't believe the good reviews I think the staff here puts those in because i have noticed that after most bad reviews there's a good one to defend the people and if these folk really believe this they must have lived here and puffing on a crack pipe.all I can say is goodbye and i?m glad it?s over.
