Its funny how some of these reviews sound. I read over my lease and discovered that the owners are right. What ever!The good reviews where written by the owners. They will kiss your butt to get you in and then you will not hear from then until you move out and your security deposit is gone. It is amazing that you move into an apartment with stains on the carpet and next thing you are paying them for new carpet. Whenever you have a complaint they ignore you. They feel maybe you will go away. They charge illegal late fees. I feel sorry for the staff because they have to inforce what the owners say. They will say one thing and the next day change there mind. Dont't blame the leasing staff, blame the owners. Oh yeah, One of the reiews said they lived there for 5 years,how' They have not been opened that long!
