Let's first talk about the management! They are butt-holes. Let's just lie to you face and stab you in the back when you walk out. I think they would send you a bill in the mail if you died. It's all about the money here. Read your contract. I am just getting started. The security gate was broken for almost two months and everybody and their brother was coming in. The lawn crew will blow grass all over your car and all inside your screened in porch at 7am. The mold all around your window sill and all over the doors is horrible. You have to get bleach out and clean it once a month or it will take over your house like ivy. For the money you would think that you would be living nice. Save your money and buy a house for the same amount without the mold, yard crew, and the lie to your face management. And to top it off the only good ratings on this site are from the management, maybe that's why they don't answer the phone they are to busy on the internet trying to get a good rating. That's a joke. I would never, never live here again....... look at the 5.0 ratings on this site, it's the management almost everytime.
