It's only apparent that after moving in to the "Legends" is that the only thing Legendary is the Managements' concern for their own. Their "own" being once they kill you with kindness to get your business, they forget that about that "kindness" once they have you within the gates. I have lived in many places including outside of the United States and never have I been treated like I have from management and the so called owners. The biggest mistake at this complex is that it is managed by the owners and not an outside company which in turn can be bad and/or good for a wonderfully landscaped and well taken care of complex. What we have come to find out since our move here is that the majority of those leaving the "legends" never get their deposit back. On top of that you are treated like trash once you move in. Stay away from here... I can't wait to leave! The only part of the staff that we care for is the maintenance person at least he has a personality.
