You can do better elsewhere. This is a sad story of an outstanding property ruined by mean, two-faced and dishonest managers/owners. This property is run by a husband and wife (as opposed to an experienced mgmt company). They have lost any respect for their tenants and demonstrate this day in and day out by running the place like a concentration camp. You can "expect" to be in small claims court at the end of your lease because they don't understand normal wear and tear. We are still residents (over 2 years) and we are done.
