I have been living at the Legends for a year and now that they are going condo I'm going to buy my unit. I can't say I have ever had any problems here. I also visited all the other properties in Mt. Pleasant, and the Legends is great. I love it here and I'll be happy to stay on here for a long time. I have seen everyone's comments about the management, but I don't know why the security deposit is such a big deal. They are 300 dollars and that can get used up fast. Everyone makes it sound like they lost a fortune. My friend that lived here for 3 years didn't lose hers. I agree that these are just sour grapes.
