The Legends Staff wish to write about their beautiful property but yet neglect to respond to prior residents' reviews. I think all the residents agree that you have a beautiful property and most moved there because of it, yet the staff fails to recognize their own personal flaws. I did check the court listings and it seems that The Legends are in court quite a bit. You could probably save a little money if you were to treat your residents with a little bit of respect and actually act like you give a damn. Your response on this website is indicative of the level of your personality(ies) and only goes to show what kind of people you are. Why don't you step up to the plate and try being more human. The reason why residents won't speak to you in person is that you don't listen and simply don't care; at least by writing on this website you're captive and hopefully sinks in. By the way, if you are a possible future buyer... buy elsewhere, it's not worth your money nor patience.
