The theme is, management is unimpressive. The same comments made over and over again cant be wrong. The fact that you respond to these opinions on a website for RENTERS and not MANAGEMENT shows the lack of professionalism. Calling people out, and saying "we know who you are so and so". Is management in kindergarden or business' Legends would do well searching for new staff who doesnt sit on the web all day immaturely responding to CONSUMER OPINIONS. So many nasty opinions are soiling your reputation' Do something about it! What your doing isnt working, thats why you have so many empty apartments! High priced apartments, with low rent staff. All in all, the previous renters speak, and they are being heard-otherwise Legends staff wouldnt be in such a tizzy!

please understand that if everyone had to pay for their "opinion" this site would be blank. Apartmentratings.com only charges managers to post...think about that????

Believe me, I would pay to put my review on here! After how this complex soaked me, it would be a small price to pay. I'd like other trusting individuals to know what they are getting themselves into before signing their lives away!!!

I am currently looking for another place to live in the Mt. Pleasant area and after looking on apartmentguide.com, I was actually considering The Legends. After reading these ratings AND after having a horrible experience with awful office staff where I am now, this makes me want to look elsewhere. I think I'll just rent from a private renter and be done with it. It seems to me like all of the places in Charleston are out to get your money, my sister was charged $50 for drip pans, that should could have replaced herself for $10 in another place in Charleston. I'm sick of it. ugh.
