To anyone that is planning to move here...dont! We lived there for 2 years. When we moved out, my husband and I spent over 8 hours cleaning our apartment to make sure that we were leaving the apartment in "good condition." I went through the final walk through with one of the people in management(not mentioning any names). She proceded to squeeze each individual blind to see if there was any dust on it. I about died. She said that the carpet was heavily soiled. I did not shampoo the carpet to remove any or all stains because the lease said not to. She checked out the kitchen and acutally had the nerve to say "did you even think that you cleaned this place" after I had spent over 8 hours cleaning to appease them. I almost came unglued. We got a copy of the move out inspection and saw that she had charged $300 for dust and carpeting stains, "normal 2 year wear and tear." Upon moving into the apartment, there were at least 3 dings on our front door. When we moved out, we did scratch the door in a small area. They charged us $300 to replace the door. We went back a few months later when a new tenent had moved in and they had not replaced the door before the other people moved in. Obviously they were just trying to take our money and use it for their benefit. The total amount of charges was $974 of which they took our security deposit which made it $774. It is still being dealt with by them and our lawyer. I loved the apartment but very much dislike the management and would not reccommend anyone to live there.
