We looked at all the condo options in Mt. Pleasant, where we knew we wanted to purchase, before deciding on The Legends. We had a checklist for the various properties in our price range which we visited, the Meridian, Madison, Southampton, and EdgeWater, and the Legends came out on top for our most important criteria. The community is very well maintained, did not have any construction issues such as water penetration like others, has larger floorplans with walk-in closets, has security systems, and is QUIET (not party central). Plus the HOA fees are lower than anywhere else. Most importantly, when we took possession of our unit, we were thrilled! It was absolutely beautiful, better than we anticipated, and it was sparkling clean, too.
