the location's great.. you're only 20 minutes from downtown and 7 minutes from the beach. I never have problems finding a spot to park about 10 spaces from my building and the whole complex and well lit. I never hear anything except the baby next door a couple times a week, but it's extremely faint and seldom. landscapers are here a lot trimming up and cleaning grounds all year round, but that noise is kind of necessary. they pressure wash the buildings 2x a year. as far as the the quality of the minor stuff like screens, closet doors and paint jobs' not a ten but what do you expect when they redo EVERYTHING before someone new moves in' it's adequate. I love this place for the location and price. anne is a very pleasant person, just be outright and honest with her. I only knew of one person that worked here that was difficult to deal with in my time here. Great place overall, would definitely recommend it
