Gorgeous property with a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff - I have been at Hibben Ferry since the beginning of January, 2009. I love it! The property is gorgeous (love all the palm tree's). Lovely Community I have lived here for close to two years and I could not be happier. The office staff is very helpful, maintenance great. I believe the supervisor has been working here for like six or seven years. The grounds are always spotless. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

Horrible Clearly this person never lived in Remington Forest. It has turned into a hangout for college kids. The cops are called for disturbance related issues at least once a week, not to mention the crime. The owners in the complex have begun renting to anyone who can pile 6 kids into a house
