They will use their strength and $ as a company to try and squash the little man. We won our judgement against these scumbags in court and they changed their registered name so they appeared to be bankrupt and we no longer could collect our judgement.

What you see is what you get I moved to Harbor Point about 6 montns ago, mainly because I was sick of having roommates and wanted to live alone.

Not the best The price is decent if you find a unit that isn't a "deluxe." By deluxe they just mean they replaced the counter tops and cabinets, that's not worth a nearly 100 dollar a month rent increase. We were in a bottom unit and could hear every move our neighbors made.

We love Edgewater! We relocated to Charleston a couple of years ago and found that Edgewater was an excellent choice for us. Aside from the apartments being in great shape and its very crentralized location, the resident events that are held on the property made it so easy for us to meet people
