This is a great place! Building is new and the maintenance and manager are extremely pleasant. You get free Cable and units inside are in great condition all appliances are new. Hope to stay for awhile. The new Hard Rock Theme park is around the corner. Hope to get a job there and walk to work!! No traffic for us!

I agree this place is best in class for the area, plus you have so many things close by like gas station and convenience store, restaurants the highway etc. Rent is great and staff is great

good staff but new management company, rent just SHOT UP $75 to 650 and now there is no more hbo and no more assigned parking. pay more, get less....welcome to america.

rent was not raised for 3 years so i guess it was due. There was never assigned parking,but there is plenty of spaces and never a problem. HBO was never included only free basic cable. Staff is great and maintenace is great. Strongly recommended!!
