I have not lived here but was interested until I spoke with Kimberly O'Neal. I'm 20 years of age and was looking to relocate to Myrtle Beach, SC. I looked at a very nice apartment before I came to Broadway Station and the staff and leasing consultant was more than helpful. Well, I decided I'd look at a couple of more places just to weigh the decision. I walked into Broadway Stations information center and was unwelcomed by Ms. O'Neal. She was rude and not helpful. She thought I was a young guy trying to waste her precious little time. She also made the comment "Just because you have visited here on vacation, shouldn't make you want to move here." I've been visiting Myrtle Beach for the past 20 years of my life and my mother and father have owned a home here for the past 25 years. The only time she got friendly was when she saw my car keys. My mom and dad drive a Lexus and I had a key to it. I'd never lease an apartment here. This was the most rude and obnoxious person they could have hired for their company. If you plan on looking at these apartments, ask for someone different other than Ms. O'Neal. She won't let you look at a model either. Not that I wanted to after the way I was treated.
