Office staff very unfriendly

I've lived at Canterbury for about seven months and have had one problem after another. I had no A/C for the 1st month, they continually tried to fix it but it was always a quick fix never lasting for more than a day or two, finally resulting in the replacement of the entire unit, which should have been the solution from the get go. The 1st time it broke my closet was flooded and they never cleaned up the water even after I asked them too. Continuous prolem with bugs but they are working on the problem with monthly pest control. Also I paid a pet deposit when I moved in as well as paying my monthly pet fee but still got a notice on my door after living there for seven months saying I had an unauthorized pet. Office is very unorganized. As far as I can tell there is only a select number of people in the office that even give a damn about the tenants. Almost everyone I have dealt with has given me no indication that they give a damn about my complaints. I have made numerous noise complaints about my upstairs neighbor and nothing has been done. As for security there is none. My apartment had been broken in to twice. My overall stay at Canterbury has been stressful and annoying. It's not a home when you are constantly worried about what's going to happen next.
