I have lived at the the Canterbury apts for 15 months now and let me tell you i have not one nice thing to say about the new management team that moved in..first they have their noses in the air so far that they don't even care about their tenants..you complain about bugs and you'll get well when its time for the exyerminator to come out we will spray that apt.you might as well do it your damn self.you have a problem with any closet doors,cabinets,or drawers you might as well fix it yourself because maintanence sure won't be out..their way of fixing things is to glue,or nail things together oh and by the way they will use caulking to fix a crack in your door if the wood is cracked from them putting 6 inch screws into the door frame..only half of my electrical outlets work because the building wasn't built right.and then they raise the rent,and quality drops..no longer do they pay cable you pay for it yourself..2 small pools for 630 units never enough room in them oh yeah that is if you want to actually swim,and they probably have so much bacterial in them that its discusting...as for the parking you are assigned 1 spot per unit not that you can ever get into it cause of rude neighbors and the simple fact that the unit #'s need repainted...so get OUT while the getting is GOOD!
