Have lived here since April 2003.The staff is rather "uppity". We had cabinet doors fall off the hinges as well as the knobs. Called for over 1 month. Finally I did it with perma bond. Same day they show up. Hahaha. Feels like the hood lately. Alot of loud music with the "homies" hanging in the parkng lot. No playground , so the kids have taken over the weight room and just sorta hang in the parking lots. People with pets keeping them on their porches on the 2nd floor. Dog poo and all. Complain to the staff and they say there is nothing they can do. Hell the people below, not sure which one actually stays there, seems like there are 15 illegal aliens in and out of there. Staff says they can do nothing. For $660 a month...plus the deposit and now they are monitoring the water usage to begin to charge us. For the money it is just not worth it. Lease is up in DeC... YIPPEE, new place just opened down the road and is much better. HELLO......
