the lady that takes our rent checks is rude and just does not know how to treat people.
she talks down to us and turns us away when we try to tell her of problems we are having in our apt she says it's not her job to write it up, go out front to one of them they do work orders not her. we have had enough and told our parents who co-signed for us and they will not be signing another lease. it's to bad because we've lived here for two years and never had this problem until her.
