When I first moved in, I was impressed by the Carolina Forest neigborhood. It's close to shopping and affordable. The apartment was well -maintained, but the staff--other than Daniel and the maintenance staff--are rude, unprofessional, and dumb! Kim is rude, and a total bimbo! The neighbors make me feel unsafe. My neighbors are always hanging around in the general areas. Why won't they go inside their apartment' People walk their dogs and let them poop everywhere. Plus traffic is so heavy, it's almost impossible to make a left turn out of the complex. The security guard is creepy! Parking is horrid! Why is the second pool right by the trash receptacle' Just GROSS!
