We have lived here for a year now and are about to renew our lease until we can buy a house. I think this place is great. No noise, no car stereos blowing out your house at anytime of the day or night. These are new apartments so I can say nothing good or bad about the maintenance people because I never needed anything done. Now who can say they lived in an apartment for a year and never had to have maintenance over to fix something. The last person said something about the way it looks out, what were they talking about' The outside is ALWAYS in good shape, never trash or anything. The Landscape guys come here it seems like every week, but maybe its every two weeks..and they do a great job. Unlike most place's I've live at these guys don't sexually harass women either. And yeah you could say that cheap rent attracts cheap trashy people but I don't see that here. Most of the people that live here are college students just trying to make it through school.Not many kids or teenagers live here, at least I haven't seen many and I was at the pool all day all summer with my kids.As for the office people, the men in there are really nice and welcoming. As for the women in there, they wont even say "hello" when you walk in or when your standing there waiting for someone to assist you, I dont know what thats all about.
