I hate where I live- high crime, high priced, high BS! how can a 1 or 2 bedroom be just as cheap as the studio I rent now'!'!'!' If I want to move I need to reapply NEW APP FEE and submit a new DEPOSIT- Shouldn't these two items allready be taken care of'!''! whaat are they giong to do; call themselves for a reference''' I know of at least 3 ppl that have been welcomed to this place just like me- to have their cars broken into and property taken...Greetings! NO wonder we have to get renters' insurance prior to moving in- THEY KNOW WE ARE GOING TO GET ROBBED OR OUR CARS BROKEN INTO!!! Why are there not security on the premises'' My upstairs patio door doesn't even have a deadbolt! I am one credit card or kick away from being robbed while at work trying to afford this place that does nothing but charge for every service provided and threats of charging for every infraction. The REAL reason they don't accept cash for rent here is they are probably scared that the front office will be robbed on a regular basis- that's right- save it for us who are robbed while at work or at slumber-THANK YOU SALES TEAM!

I'm confused since when do the studio apartments here have balconys I have never seen one like that you must be special.

You sound pretty paranoid....someone coming after you Scarface style huh? Must have some nice stuff for them to climb the building to get to it. My studio didn't have a balcony either!!!
