We lived here for just 1 year. The pool area is great along with the outdoor volleyball court and pavillion area with grills. They are awesome. The only problem when it comes to that is that we had the cops called on us by uptight neighbors when we had a cookout one night. There were no radios, just about 20 people grilling and having a good time. Also, our cat got out of the apartment and they quickly captured it and took it to the pound, so we had to pay almost 70 dollars to get her out. Other than that, the maintanance staff is awesome. Our air conditioner broke (and we all know how hot it gets in the summer) and they sent someone out to us at 10 at night to fix it!!! So that rocks. I would recommend living here if you don't mind a 15-20 minute drive to the beach....its quiet and a great place to hang out!
