I do have to say that the office staff takes seriously any complaints about loud neighbors or maintenance issues. When I moved into the apartment it wasn't as big or as clean as I'd pictured ... but that is what I get for renting it sight unseen.
Overall, I feel safe here. Our neighbors are cordial (for the most part) and management makes sure dogs are kept on a leash (for the most part). We have some loud jerks living in our building and I know this is to be expected when renting...it still sucks though. I've heard many bad things about other rental communities (like roaches and drug abuse)and I have to say this one isn't all that bad. There is monthly pest control included in our rent and I haven't seen so much as a spider in our apartment. If you can put up with the occasional rich kid who's dad rented them an apartment for partying while going to school......then I'd reccommend you give it a try. However, if you are that loud annoying rich college kid.....PLEASE...move somewhere else:)
