I have lived in Cape landing for about four years in three different apartments and dont get me wrong the apartments are nice but hardly worth the price unless you have room mates like i did. The staff used to be goog but since they changed owners that is no longer the case. I was a college student when i moved in and certain staff memebers were very rude and disrespectful to me and my room mates and my mother who was cosigning for us even though we always paid our rent no problem. I chose not to deal with them if it was not 100% necessary. Nice staff but only if your an adult with a well paying job.
