Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I lived in Campus Pointe for two years and all in all it wasn't that bad. Sure you will have to deal with loud college students but the place is not far from campus and the beach. It's very affordable for all the amenitites you get such as dishwasher, washer and dryer and the internet. Having your own room is great. Sharing a common room is expected.

All in all not bad for the price
