This is my own personal opinion- well I have lived there before. My complaints- Maintenance is very unresponsive, Management does not really care after they get you to sign the lease, too expensive, the speed bumps on the way there tear up your alignment, and the parking leaves a lot to be desired.
Well I guess I should say something nice- location is pretty good, but the traffic on arrowhead rd is real bad.
