The new management at this facility could care less about resident's happiness, safety or well-being. They are non-responsive to problems. Parents-beware, your child could find themselves without a parking spot when they come in at night resulting in an unsafe walk across the complex. As a concerned parent of a local student, I tried to talk some sense into management about the parking issue and their only response was that they felt the need to accomodate more visitor parking, so they took spaces away from residents. The message is that visitors are more important than someone paying rent' Ridiculous. Also their maintenance is the worst. The appliances are old and break down continually. They have not painted or changed carpets in years. This used to be a nice complex, but now it is just a shabby, money-grabbing machine. My daughter will be out of here as soon as possible.
