MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT NEEDS A MANAGER. CONSTANT COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN IGNORED FOR MONTHS. I GET THE RUN AROUND FROM MAINTENANCE MANAGER, BLAMING OTHER MAINTENNANCE PEOPLE FOR PROBLEM.
