I won't drag this out so...here are my points to be made!
my husband had to take a car home from a dealership to test some parts for work and he found the car gone in the morning...they towed it away because there was no sticker.
Maintenance never came through...ever.
They charged an extra $100 on top of the already paid $300 for our cat because he had accidents on the carpeting upstairs (which we tried to clean up best we could). What in the heck is the pet deposit for'''
They told us that they posted signs for events around the complex...never saw one flyer anywhere!
Parking in general was horrible
They also charged us for the stove plates because they were burned from cooking!
If you choose this place, all we can say is GOOD LUCK!

Hey you know that green thing on your windshield that say FLINTLAKE APARTMENTS and all the signs that say WE WILL TOW WITHOUT STICKER yea maybe you should read them, if you knew the rules it wouldnt have gotten towed, and BTW if you go to the lovely management staff and ask them for a parking pass so you CAN park without getting towed they will give you one for a few days with no problem!! I bet your one of those who park in handicap then get pissed when you get a ticket huh. Those flyers are put on your door hard to miss em. Filntlake its great if you follow rules! Some people have a hard time with that!
