Flintlake Apartments

I just moved out of this development, it is one of the nicest/safest places to live in myrtle beach, it is great for students attending coastal. All the appliances are new, and the carpeting was new in our unit, but it varies. units are painted before you move in. the managment can be moody at times, the parking is no longer an issue, they have installed dog poop recepticals around the property too, makign it very pet friendly, it is a great place, secluded away from the trash and in a very nice neighborhood, it is just a little over priced, there are other places you can look, waterway crossing, riverwalk, phillips reality, riverside, but stay away from anything in conway, or campus edge if you want to get any work done.... campus edge and anything in carolina forest is just "party central" which is cool if that is what youa re in to but i recommend flintlake if youc an afford it, but i also reccommend you look around at other places near burcale rd, and ---- pond rd, forestbrook rd, and claypond rd, if youa re a studnet attending coastsal carolina, or just moving down here for the heck of it... but flint lake is not a bad place, just a little over priced.

Thank you for the review. Interesting reading. I definitely agree that people should look somewhere else for a better priced place. Also wanted to say having a lot of pets around, might be a big drawback with them barking all night.
