Flintlake is a great place to live, friendly staff,beautiful grounds, and most of the neighbors are very quite and friendly. Our apartment is beautiful we have a 3 br 2.5 bath with tons of storage almost too much! It think its 1600 sq ft just as big as a house, we go out on our porch to watch the swans and ducks play in the lake thats just steps from our front door, sometimes you can catch a turtle sunbathing. Whenever i have a problem they were there to fix it in just a few hours, friendly and they mopped my kitchen floor with my swifter becuase their shoes had left some mud, then they took my trash out for me. The office staff is so sweet, they will sit with you for as long as it takes to answer any questions you have, and whenever i had family or friends visit they would give them a temp pass to park. My electric bill is never that high i think the highest it has been was 100.00 in the summer. And if you ever have a complaint about a loud or problem neighbor they take care of the situation right away. They events they have are so much fun, they really go all out to make them great! I loved the Taco party with the shaved ice machine for the kids. The pool is always clean i see them in there every morning cleaning it out. The fitness center was just updated with all new equipment,its always clean. By far this is the best complex in Myrtle Beach, we have been to almost all of them to tour before we made our decision, and im so glad we made the right one, because i hear horror stories about others in the area, and just from visiting friends in thier homes you can tell we picked the best complex in MB!!!

WELL----things MUST HAVE IMPROVED GREATLY since we were there! What was it? New manager? New office staff? New security? New maintenance? And did they get rid of the lousy, noisey, disrespectful "golf" kids residing there with all their drunken parties and friends? All of these would cause a major improvement to that place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
