Nice place to live!

I lived on the east side of flintlake and had a great experience. The staff is generally nice and helpful; maintenance usually occurred the same day as requested. My apartment was huge (3 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath) and I had the entire upstairs to myself!. I ways frequently home alone and always felt safe. The East side of the complex tends to be a little quieter than the West. Parking was always easy for me to find, but I lived closer to the entrance. Visitor parking is a little limited, especially on the weekend, and tow trucks will tow cars whit out resident permits. Kitchen and rug needed to be updated (circa 1990s) but I think they're going to start doing those renovations when apartments are vacant. I used to live at Agusta Plantation (River Oaks) and like flintlake more. Easy access to 31 and back roads to 544 make avoiding 501 during peak traffic times pretty easy.
