The staff is wonderful - absolutely friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are starting to show their age. This is not horrible in itself because it is well maintained. Parking is a problem for those of us who work nights. We were lucky to find a garage nearby to rent to help with that. Parking is not a concern for the entire complex, but it is for the far west corner. Each apartment does get 2 parking stickers. You can get visitor parking passes should you have visitors staying the weekend, etc. The greatest concern for us is that we opted for a 1st floor apartment (HUGE mistake) and have the pleasure of a heavy footed neighbor above us. Our fix was getting the 2nd shift jobs ... which led to the parking issues. There is also a problem with loud music at 3 am on the weekends. Security stated that if it is loud through the walls but not outside they can do nothing...so we endure. My greatest regret is not opting for a 2nd floor apartment...I think we would have loved it here. Now we are just waiting for the lease to end.
