Moved to Flintlake apts. in July Broke my lease in November. Don't do it moved from New york and these people can't even tell you what the apartments are constructed of or if they have fire walls I guess that should have been a warning! Trust me if you are going to consider this place look around at others first you can get so much nicer with so much more QUALITY The office staff are a bunch of ------- they promise you things and are nice until you complain.. If you want to live above another unit with second hand smoke coming through the cracks in the stairs and want to die of cancer then this is the place for you. I however don't want my family to die of lung cancer. The office staff is a bunch of liars and basically don't care. The parking is horrible hope you find no dents in your car in the a.m. or garbage on it. The dog poop stations aren't maintained and it smells like s - - - ! Rethink your choices so much better out there with more square footage, you own attached garage and no one under you.
