Absolutely love my apartment. The office staff & the maintenance team are awesome!
Having worked in the apartment industry for 10 years I had some idea as to what to expect. The staff at Flintlake has more than exceeded my expectations in many ways! I was very picky when choosing my apartment; I changed my mind a million times. I had only seen one floor plan when I was in the area and ended up choosing a completely different floor plan and not having seen it I was just a little concerned. Every day I called to ask questions and each and every call and question was answered with a smile. When I moved in I had just a few small maintenance requests (me being the picky one) each and every request was taken care of with a smile.
I am more than pleased with my apartment; the floor plan is very spacious, great size bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. The community is located, right in the middle of a golf course and neighborhood so I feel very safe. The property itself is very clean and well maintained.
I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
